O post de hoje é diferente, pois é 100% musical! Estamos super empolgados em lançar esse vídeo dos verbos irregulares em inglês!

Enquanto os verbos regulares são fáceis – porque é só adicionar “ed” ao final das palavras, os verbos irregulares podem ser complicados…

Por exemplo:

  • Verbo regular: Walk – walked – walked (andar: presente, passado e particípio)
  • Verbo irregular: go – went – gone (ir: presente, passado e particípio)

A lista é interminável e, nesse sentido, a professora Carina Fragozo fez uma música incrível e eu decidi cantá-la também.

Coisa boa a gente tem que divulgar, certo?

Então deixo abaixo o link do vídeo, e não se esqueça de se inscrever no canal, ativar o sininho e deixar um like.

Letra:

Regular verbs, they’re easy to learn
You just add the -ed… and then, that's it
But irregular ones are so darn crazy
Guessing and learning them is so amazing.
That's why I'm here to show you in this verse
Now you can use and learn all the irregular verbs

[CHORUS]
All I wanna say is that we can memorize these verbs
All I wanna say is that we can use and learn these verbs

Let's start with the verb to be, the most famous one
Be - was /were - been
Be - was /were - been
I was sitting by the pool
They were hanging in the bar
I'll be learning at school
She'll be driving her car

He has been to Japan
And I've been to New York
I’m having dinner in Brazil
Holding a knife and a fork

[CHORUS]
All I wanna say is that we can memorize these verbs
All I wanna say is that we can use and learn these verbs

If I begin, you began, and she might’ve begun
They run like I ran and you should have run
You can drink like I drank, but please don’t get drunk
Like the sun Down I sink, may be sank, may be sunk

If I ring, rang, rung now
Don’t Hang, hung, hung now
Or sleep slept slept now
And listen to me wow

You sing, sang, sung
I’m feeling so small
´Cause I shrink, shrank, shrunk
In a cup at the mall

CHORUS
All I wanna say is that we can memorize these verbs
All I wanna say is that we can use and learn these verbs

Dear Carina, I just loved your song
So I decided to cover it, please don’t get me wrong
Hope you all like my version and please subscribe
It’s an important decision, thumbs up or I’ll cry :(

Myself I feed, fed, fed
The teacher lead, led, led
You fall, you bleed, bled, bled
I think it’s time to bed.

My hand you hold, held, held
The pain I feel, felt, felt
That’s what you tell, told, told
Her book she sell, sold, sold
The more you read read read
The smarter you will get
Outside you go, went, gone
Homework you do, did, done.

All I wanna say is that this song’s amazing
Let me know in the comments if these verbs are crazy
So now we go to the level four so
1, 2,
3, 4
So if you hit hit hit me
You might hurt hurt hurt
Don’t let let let me down
Instead of smiling, I’ll frown.

I’ll put put put on glasses
It’s time to attend some classes
Set up set up the alarm
We wake up early on the farm

Sprea-prea-pread the word
Do I look just like a nerd?
This job I fit, fit, fit
I’ll never quit, quit, quit

CHORUS
All I wanna say is that we can memorize these verbs
All I wanna say is that we can use and learn these verbs

Buy bought bought
Fight fought fought
Seek sought sought
Think thought thought
Bring brought brought
Teach taught taught
Catch caught caught
Now tell me what you got!

SEE SAW SEEN
WRITE WROTE WRITTEN
GIVE GAVE GIVEN
DRIVE DROVE DRIVEN

FALL FELL FALLEN
BREAK BROKE BROKEN
SPEAK SPOKE SPOKEN
Wow, get your token!

Sit sat sat
Win won won
Find found found
Shoot shot shot

HAVE HAD HAD
MAKE MADE MADE
COME CAME COME
BECOME BECAME BECOME

CHORUS
All I wanna say is that we can memorize these verbs
[of course we can!]
All I wanna say is that we can use and learn these verbs
[one more time!]

All I wanna say is that we can memorize these verbs
[come on!]
All I wanna say is that we can use and learn these verbs.
